Counselling is a safe space where you will be listened to in confidence with respect and acceptance using the relationship between yourself and your counsellor to gain deeper understanding.

Counselling sessions are spent talking and we may find that we concentrate on material which at first seems unimportant but is in fact an echo of something much deeper.
With time, you will feel able to take this increased awareness away from the sessions into everyday life.
